1. Shipping & Delivery
We offer 3-7 day express shipping within the USA. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or extreme weather.
2. Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your BuddyRamp™, you may return it in its original packaging for a full refund (minus return shipping costs). Damaged or used items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Every BuddyRamp™ includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
4. Limitation of Liability
BuddyRamp™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Use at your own risk and follow all safety instructions provided.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
